J10 Counselling Service began in 2004 in Walsall. It is a voluntary, non-profit making organisation. Our team of qualified counsellors and listeners operate across the Black Country and Birmingham.

We have a shared passion and vision for counselling and see people as being unique and valuable, who at times struggle with current and past life issues that cause pain and distress. We would like to give you time and support to discover how to deal with life’s difficulties.

We offer a range of counselling, both Christian and Secular, to meet the needs of the individual. We have experience in many areas, including stress and depression, self harm and eating disorders, loss and bereavement, anger and abuse, marriage and relationship problems, trauma and addiction. Clients come from all walks of life.

We offer children’s support from age 10, for some issues such as family breakdown, bereavement, and self esteem. We can also offer a schools based counselling service.
